Always a road ahead....

Sometimes we take a long drive to the more rural areas. (ok, I am fair
I love looking down winding roads or pretty much any venue that has an interesting perspective. (see urban blog post; July 11, 2012)
This applies to passages even into the water as above. It causes you to stop and think...

Dinner on the table...

Thankfully, for my waistline I just sampled the rib-eye. (my husband is good at sharing) I had a nice salad on the side. This place has decent food but mostly we visit for the atmosphere. It is an old farmhouse converted to a nice steakhouse. The farm land surrounding it makes the view pleasant.
And we visit with the horses and mules after we are satiated...ha.

Yes, this is the correct color ...

The area has been so dry, the yellow contrasts well with what little is still green - No manipulating of colors in Photoshop here. Point, shoot and upload.

Sometimes there is a corner to face...

On top of roads and bridges...and walkways leading somewhere... I love corners too.
All of us always have some sort of corner in life....even if you don't realize it. Hmmm.....

  1. yep, I am in a corner right now - if you stop to think about it....but we all get out sooner or later. Love your perspective, your thoughts and your photos, especially the one with the wood and the corner. And your journaling (or should we call it now 'blogging' is great. Actually the word 'blogging' is well, ehem, kind of ikky. I much rather call it 'journaling'. Lol.
