Enjoying...
I just love Cincinnati.
Not a huge urban city, but large enough to offer a lot of different things to do and see. There are a few skyscrapers in the skyline...
The Ohio River is just one attraction in the area. The city has a nice park system for the public to enjoy whether it is biking on the path by this bridge or some of the smaller parks with ponds.
Findlay Market is another gem in the Queen City. I do love nice markets.
(I think I have missed my calling in life...lol...watch out Rick Steves!)
And btw, I am loving working with HDR (high dynamic range) and my photos...

More enjoyment...
I probably have photographed this old barn and silo so many times over the years that I have lost track. It is about 20 minutes away from where I live.
My HDR photos are not just a click and save either. I am picky about things so I do work the images more than the average person might. But then again, I really enjoy the tedious work within a piece. It is almost relaxing to me! I try to achieve the goal of an almost painted picture, being careful to not overdo anything and to keep the integrity of the photo at the same time.
Beautiful vistas...
Ok, one more. This is a beautiful view on Ocracoke Island in North Carolina.
Another favorite place to go to. Quiet. Serene and peaceful. Ocracoke is a special, quaint island where you can only arrive there by ferry. I love seeing the kids who reside on the island taking the ferry back and forth to school (going to Hatteras Island for class) - what a different lifestyle! Calm and unique. At least it is to me.
Working this photo was also fun. Brings back memories of some of the trips in the past...

  2. lol, you have to tell me what made you post the quote about replaying the role? and who wrote it? do you realize that you are changing your style ? or is it just DSP's influence? You remind me very much of a friend I had in DsP 'Jeanette' (not the one in Denmark) and she changed from scrapping to photography and is now seriously studying it. Same with LadyC a.o.
I was going to tell you that I am actually getting slightly bored with scrapping.....lol. Or maybe it's the depressing atmosphere in SBG. Hmmmmm. Yuk.
Did you change some options here? I had to log into google to post. Lol. I am wondering if you are bored too...
