While out on the boat today we saw these birds flying and at first we instinctively thought that they were Ospreys since it was right on the shore...after a closer look, I think this is a Red Tailed Hawk. They were interesting to watch regardless - I am not sure but I think the birds were fighting over territory!
Still fun to see them, even if I do have these in my back yard!
More water fowl....gulls just hanging out.
I love to try to capture an unusual look at where I am or have been...
I always like shooting angles. Capturing a distant view.
Which road? What path do you take?
Those are the thoughts that come to my mind when I look at something from this perspective.
It is reminiscent of "The Road not Taken"...by Robert Frost:
"and sorry I could not travel both
and be one traveler, long I stood
and looked down one as far as I could."
