On Platform...
This is the title of this piece. Which I am still working on.
On Platform @ Addison Stop Chicago
Not sure which direction I wanted to go with it.
That happens. Maybe I will soften it up, but probably not.
Seeing how I have 341 photos at print right now...with about 5 more days worth of shooting to send in yet, it is easy to not know which direction to go!

I loved the trains.
The big ones and yes Goshi, even the EL.

All that grunge, metal and industrial lust. LOL.
This is the Addison platform.
I probably work it differently but I wanted to post something today.
I have been a little busy...with 1000s of photos and 2 logo designs to complete.
I didn't link it to the aheadgraphics.com site yet - not until I am done with it...

Direction. On Platform....which way... Out?
Maybe out to an adventure or off to something new - or just plain old - out. Get going.
I guess I am just thinking way too much these days.

  1. I am exhausted just reading it all....lol, yes, you might be thinking a little too much or working your brain overtime. I like the way you think about the platform though. I might have said it before but i used to love standing there and seeing the train arrive. Though years ago during my childhood we had those gorgeous OLD real trains.

  2. Good morning! I like how you worked this photo; almost a sketch effect on the perimeter and full detail and color on the platform. I don't know about you, but I rarely have a preconceived idea of how I will process a particular pic. It just happens once I get into it. Lots of trial and error. Don't rush getting all of your travel photos in final form. You never know, in a few months, you may 'see' them differently than you do now.

I haven't been to Chicago for almost 5 months, so I'm looking forward to it. I love how we help each other see things through different eyes. Have a great day.
