The look of this just hit me as interesting.
All in a row. Not ducks but huge, thick clang-y clamps.
It may not be something most of us use. We all seem to have tools in our stash that are an intergral part of what we do. I was just taking shots at all sorts of different machines and equipment.
I liked the look so why not?
This scene just seemed grungy and rough so I didn't do much with the photo and I really did like the way the reds came through.
It is fun to work with images that you normally might not think about using. As in traveling it can bring to mind something unexpected.
I think that is what I like the most about it...

I admire how you shoot just to shoot and learn and experiment! You never know when you will hit the jackpot with something that strikes your fancy no matter what the subject. I like the lines, the grunge, the color and, especially, the way the clamps are hanging imperfectly. I need to take time to just go shoot and see what I can come up with. I have a long way to go until I can even come close to you!
ReplyDeleteI love soldering but no way would I attempt anything else...your shot of the tools is one of my favorites, love the vivid colors and the grungy look - you can almost 'smell' the metal' and oils....
